As a repeat customer with children, I look for the employee with the brightest smile to always assist me. While majority of your staff provide an outstanding customer experience ; there has been one who goes above and beyond standards to assure my children are offered the best experience. She has even took it upon herself to assist with calming my son while I tended to my daughter’s needs by providing a short animated show. I think her name was Erica. I always look forward to her greetings when I show up as well as her energetic, happy appearance to start sessions at Dave and busters. Honestly her help is the reason I stay returning. Glad that you have provided such an amazing employee at this facility. First impressions help decide how long I’ll stay and how much I’ll spend.

​I recently ordered the shrimp and steak linguine for takeout, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite specifically requesting my steak to be rare, it arrived well-done, and the pasta itself was dry and lacked any distinct flavor or character. While the side of shrimp was acceptable, it wasn't enough to salvage the meal. Furthermore, the takeout process was confusing; there was no clear signage or designated pickup area, and no host to direct me where to go. To top it off, the order did not come with utensils, and I had to wait while the staff searched for what appeared to be their very last set, as stated by a staff member... I would definitely recommend skipping takeout from here.

We held a corporate catering event at Dave & Buster’s tonight and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was great, everything came out hot and on time, and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group to relax and enjoy the night together. The biggest highlight of the evening was our waitress, Monica. She completely knocked it out of the park. She was everywhere at once, constantly checking in, making sure drinks were filled, food was handled, and everyone in our group had what they needed. Even with how busy the place was, she never looked overwhelmed and always had a great attitude and a smile on her face. She is phenomenal and had our whole company recommending we hold more events there. It is rare to come across service that genuinely stands out the way hers did tonight. Monica played a huge role in making our event successful and enjoyable, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the effort and energy she brought to the table. Thank you again for an awesome night Monica. Next time we have an event here, it’s because of your due diligence and excellence in customer service! Monica is a national treasure and deserves to be defended at all costs. #GiveMo

It is A very nice place however, I feel like it could be a little more organized because when we arrive, we walked in and stood there, it wasn’t too long of a wait before someone addressed us and when someone finally addressed us and asked us how many they never introduced themselves and the person that service us did not introduce themselves at all either the food however was very nice It wasn’t as hot as I like it freshly off the stove, but it was warm enough. The space is very spacious. It has arcades available for kids and adults. It’s an has plenty of TVs in there. It’s a nice place for a decent dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves.

We have been to this Dave and Busters many times. They now just have large machines to add funds to your card. I tried to use my previous card but it wasn’t working. There was a spot for an attendant but none could be found. So, I was forced to pay another $3 fee to get a new card, not cool. We decided to have some drinks while the kids’ played games. They were out of two beers we wanted on tap, cold snap and Yuengling. I had the Stella and you could taste the lines needed to be cleaned. Yasmin at the bar was a decent bartender. We put in our name for a table to eat. After about an hour and 20 minutes I went to check on it. The rudest hostess I’ve dealt with in all my years, Chelsea was both rude and disrespectful. When I asked her what her name was, she ran away. Then the manager Dion came over and also refused to give me her name saying it was company policy. I don’t believe that because they wear name tags. I was able to get her name from a worker who was walking the gaming floor. Dion was a little bit more professional but not much. Luckily one of the other guests in our party was able to have an amazing server seat us. Her name was Celina and she saved the day. She w
